This is the worst place ever. My parents were brought here to spend a week in their so called care to give my sister and I a break from the 24/7 care we provide to both parents. Placing my parents in this facility for a week has caused me and my family great remorse and regret wondering what my parents went through at the hands of this pathetic and worthless staff at this facility. We were told that it would be better not to visit so as to allow ourselves time to rest and rejuvenate. Not only did these incompetents lose my father's clothes, they never used the clothes we provide for my mother. They brought her home in a hospital gown which is totally inappropriate since she is always cold . This is obviously what they had her in for the 5 days. They also sat them in a wheelchair for hours when they both are in home hospice care and if they had a brain and and an ounce of decency they could see that they were too weak to sit in a wheelchair for hours while they sat at the nurses station stuffing their faces while ignoring these poor souls as they sat in a dark dreary room with no stimulation or interaction whatsoever.I saw this when I had to go by the day they brought my parents home and my father's clothing was missing. When my parents were brought home I was not there but my sister said she thought my mother was dead..she looked terrible, pale, weak and unconscious. I confirmed that when I got there. My father was so weak and thirsty we had to give him glass after glass of water. I was shocked at how they had declined in health drastically after only one week in the hands of these pathetic, unethical and incompetent staff members who shouldn't be allowed to take care of a doorknob. I had to go to the dreary and dreadful place the day my parents were brought home because the five pants and 4 shirts that belong to my father were missing. Of course I was lied to and given a lame excuse with the promise of calling me once they found my father's clothes which were labeled with his name on them. I called three times after that and was told I would recieve a call back which I never did. I let the receptionist know that a hair brush that didn't belong to my mother was in her bag and they delivered a very nice wheelchair that doesn't belong to my parents and we wanted it returned to its rightful owner. I'm led to believe they take everyone's belongings dump them in a room and pull what they want as needed. You people disgust me and have no business working with these human beings that need kindness, compassion, respect and gentle loving care. You all are pathetic, incompetent, disgusting, lazy, liars, unethical and evil.
I had an outstanding experience with Denise Morales the Community Liaison from the moment we connected, she brought such genuine beauty and positive energy into every interaction. She is warm, friendly, and always greeting you with a smile, which makes the entire process feel comfortable and welcoming. Her knowledge truly stands out—she is well-informed, confident in what she does, and able to explain things clearly without ever making you feel rushed. What I appreciate most is how resourceful she is. No matter what question or situation came up, she found a solution quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. She represents the organization with professionalism and passion, and it really shows. I’m grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is both personable and highly capable.
I went for a walk throught of this facility with my daughter a member of Baptist Hospital. She dropped me off in front and went to park the car. I'm sitting on a bench outside when a young man walked outside a began talking to one of the residents. He was concerned how long she had been outside and asked her sweetly if she thought it was time to come inside. She began to resist slightly, and he concured. Well he said I will give you a little longer- however you cannot sit in the sun. She was extremely happy and continued to smile. When my daughter took me inside the young man was walking around talking to the residents. I was introduced to him and did not know he was actually the director (Michael). I found the facility clean, pleasant and family friendly. The staff behaved as through the residents were family. My experience was above what I really expected to see. Michael made a profound statement " would I bring my mother to this place" his answer YES !! This Faculity is a 5-star !!!
Just a note to say how great it was to visit my aunt at the facility. Everyone was so kind to us. We enjoyed the cleanliness and festive atmosphere. Great job! Your residence look well taken care of.
Thank you, Denise (Community Liason)! She's incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and has a knack for explaining complex Medicare and insurance guidelines in a way that's easy to understand. She's a fantastic bridge between residents (new and existing), hospitals and facility. Your community is stronger because of her dedication.
