This is a service that is superficial -- a shell. You will not see the staff, therapists, or supervisor doing more than what they absolutely have to do to superficially appease the family or "help" the child. I do not recommend it unless you simply want your child to have a chat once a week.
I have been to many mental health places and this one by far has been great thus far other organizations use a lot of unlicensed staff working toward a degree or fresh out of school. This therapist has almost 2 decades of experience and the best advice to deal with trauma for a child. Would definitely recommend.
The negative reviews reflect the behavior of staff. High Karen energy.
They really aren't very innovative and just full of hot air. Nothing ever gets resolved and I don't feel the staff are very professional either.
Avoid this place at all costs. They will just assume your child is abused and will not get to the true issue of what is going on. Avoid Peter Perrotta specifically.
