The staff here have always been super nice. I'm here usually 4-5 days a week to work out or take my child to swim. The classes are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend power hours, cycling, barre, and yoga. The gym is usually well kept and not too crowded in the early morning. Child care has been good too.
Called to get information about the zero $0 start up fee in January. The receptionist on the phone could not answer any of my questions. He was kind though. He transferred me to another guy who did not state his name but acted as if me asking him questions about their facility was bothering him, and was not very polite. Reading other reviews I see this happens often at this location.
I was highly perturbed that an individual decided to come there with With intestinal issues, and then defecated in the pool, went into the hot tub with defecation and short still, and then act like he was inspector gadget, helping, though the lifeguard find it when he knew exactly where this defecation came from himself and then he told somebody else about it while I walked into the locker room to dry my un defecated shorts off he’s in there digging for gold and the whole locker room smelled like someone had defecated themselves and then I saw him outside with no shoes on might die talking to somebody else about how he had defecation currently in his shorts and let me tell you again. He had no shoes on. We need to fix this my kindest regards.
This YMCA is excellent! I’ve gone to few other local YMCA’s and feel most welcomed here. The equipment is up to date and well taken care of. Sharon works inside the gym and she is EXCELLENT! She truly deserves a raise with how hard she works to keep the place clean and organized. The staff up front greet me by name when entering and if I’ve ever had questions someone has always quickly gotten my answer or solved my problem. I bring my family regularly for open swim and hope to begin using their awesome child care facility also. Thanks for everything you all do to give us a great experience!
Their workers are super lazy. Maybe that's par for the course across all businesses these days, and maybe they've got some great, dedicated people, too. However, for me, it's your weak links that drag you down. Nice location with some great hardware and such. But...too much staffing disappointments.
