Nothing to do with the school itself, but an employee who works there by the name melissa was absolutely, rude and degrading speaking with me.Just absolutely treated as if she was better than. She was absolutely rude.I can't say anything else about the experience with that person.Other than it was awful
I appreciate the environment my daughter is placed in when i take her to school. This head-start is very diverse, has amazing teachers that help our children expand their creativity, & from what i notice week by week is that my child's vocabulary improves!! Love it here!! Ms. Hernandez provides such great assistance & urgency to all of my questions! Very organized! Ms. Thomas is also such a sweet teacher, my daughter always has good things to say about her.
My son loves coming here and this has expanded his vocabulary and knowledge in various areas ! Ms Sanchez is always the nicest person there with a smile (his director) with any questions I’ve ever had she’s always listening ! His teachers are amazing and caring people & update you with teacher meetings at a local restaurant showing work from beginning of when he first started school to up to date most recent work! They tell you his testing results on his basic knowledge and skills such as math, reading comprehension etc. Head start even offered a parenting class and a booklet to take home also with prizes won from the class. (Last photo) the booklet was for English and spanish. It was to help pause and take a break with your child to engage, encourage and reflect on activities you can do together. Overall I love this entire program it’s been a sproutful experience 🌱, literally! His teachers planted him a Lima bean and many seeds to his education! 🧡🧡🧡 many thanks to you all
Great place for kids to learn a lot. My son has overcome many challenges with his great teachers. I always go to the ladies that are very friendly and msHernandes is always very helpful and very friendly. She loves all of the kids, she knows all of their names. Everyday she greets us with good morning Edgar, my son is so happy there.
I absolutely love this school, this is NOT a daycare! I should say I love the people that run this school. This place is a real example of community, a real example of a village. I enrolled my two daughters with speech impairments, now both of my daughters are speaking and using their words. Once my other babies reach 3 they will be there right along with their sisters! Another thing I love about them is that they are caring. They legit care about those babies that attend. It’s many parents would y'all believe me when I say they know every parent that comes through those door by names 😂 now that’s dedication! I will forever RECOMMEND Pasadena Head Start!
