I had a very bad experience with how my child was treated and the lack of transparency from the board made it so I could not in good conscience have my child continue going to this establishment.

My daughter has been at PIL @ Novant for about 8 months now and it has been an amazing experience - for my daughter and myself. After moving from out of state, I wasn't sure what to expect and am beyond thrilled with the care my daughter has received. The teachers and staff are simply AMAZING!!! Robin and Tina are exceptional teachers/caregivers - they are both so very loving and my little just adores them both! Additionally, Emilie (the director) is great - very understanding and always available to discuss/help with any issues that come up. I truly cannot say enough good things about them all!

The staff are incredible! You can tell they love our children! My daughter has learned so much in such a short time and they've had so much patience with me and my daughter adjusting to our new routine! I'm truly grateful for their bright morning smiles, loving demeanor, support and compassion for my family!

The staff at Partners in Learning Novant are some of the most loving staff ever! I have noticed a tremendous difference in some of the things my daughter has learned. They work hard and genuine with the students in everything they do...from teaching, to getting them to eat new foods, potty training, arts and crafts, getting them down to naps, refereeing the playground...hats off to you guys, you are the true meaning of a "superhero" and we thank you each and all for all you do in helping our children grow!

5 Stars, for sure, these people are always pleasant, they are attentive and they seem to have patience of steel LOL. I love my daughter being here and if I had known about them sooner she would have been there earlier. Wonderful people.
