Except for some of the teachers, this preschool is terrible. They will not give parents a calendar with the days off to plan ahead for work and childcare. In addition, not only did their staff give parents the WRONG start date, when asked what days the center was closed, they said it was not closed and the next week changed their minds and closed it two days telling parents last minute. They seem to have the "this is free, so take it or leave it" attitude and do not treat parents with respect. The building is old, dirty and the parking lot is a pothole disaster. They use resources poorly and even refuse to email parents, wasting a ton of paper and making sure the lack of communication continues.
I remember going here years ago when i was a child. I am 22 now. One thing i wont forget is how i asked to use the restroom & they would deny me from using it. Every. Single. Time. I would have to urinate myself & it got to the point where my mother had to pack so much extra clothes because if i didnt have to use the restroom when they wanted to then i couldnt use it. I just think it’s ridiculous, i was 5 and we dont control when we have to go to the restroom. Would never want my kids to experience the same
I have yet to get anyone to answer my calls for Telamon in Cary. No one seems to care on trying to answers questions I have. I have called several times for the last 4 weeks and no answers and I have also left two voicemails and still no call back. I really would appreciate it if people would be so nice to at least return calls or answer the phones too...
My son go part time and he loved, he always want to stay more longer unfortunately he can not... but the staff are so friendly and he's teacher's are awsome Nya/Camilla also Mr Steven. He start with none English and now he can communicate and understand. I'M REALLY HAPPY WITH THE OPPORTUNITY
