Just amazing! My daughter has been going there for 6+ months and the ONLY reason we are taking her out is because we are moving. The director is amazing and so friendly. The teachers were alway kind. My daughter loved going to school there. I always felt she was safe and well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend this facility to any parent! Thank you Parkton for giving our daughter a wonderful time and her parents a piece of mind. We will miss you all!!!!

This day care started off ok but than when my daughter went up a grade she got write ups everyday , I checked the camera I found out the teachers wasn’t attentive and the girl put their hands on my daughter first!!! That new young teachers that teach the 3rd graders is lazy and useless, as soon as my daughter when to her class it’s been problems!!! We got our daughter and soon Clean up out out of there , the ones at the front desk is so fake just stay away if you kno what’s good for you!!!!

New director Morgan is a liar and a genuinely hateful person. Threatened to call the cops on me for asking her to stop over talking me when we had a disagreement and then lied to the pastor and said I cussed her out when I would never do that especially in front of my son or other kids. Now we are without a daycare the night before we both work and it’s all because of a lie told by Morgan. (Edit as a response) the police were never called I had friends that worked there and they said that wasn’t true. I was not asked to leave multiple times. I was told my son was no longer enrolled because I cussed at your director which you conveniently left of your response considering you now know it isn’t true. Your director also likes to put peoples dirty laundry out and talk bad about the employees. I have proof of all of this btw. Do not slander me or put my name in a response that isn’t true. You lied then. You lied now. You are a liar and a terrible person. I hope you get fired for your lack of empathy and overall lack of accountability. Take care Morgan. My 2 daughters attended Parkton for a little over 6 months. Ms. Mindy was their morning teacher and I cannot give her enough praise, she was AMAZING. Around May-June, we started having constant issues with the evening teachers. My 2 year old wasn't being taken to the bathroom when going outside because "she was taken before going outside". She was in early stages of being potty-trained and didn't know how to hold it. She was going through clothes like crazy. My, at the time, almost 4 year old was having constant accidents, only in the afternoon. Ms. Mindy always bragged about how well she was doing during her time with her. On 2 different occasions I picked up my eldest to have elastic bands in her mouth, and another time something black she found on the floor. The afternoon teacher always seemed to put distance between herself and the kids. In the entire time I was there, I had never seen her interact with any of the kids; she would be standing near the sink/bathrooms and all of the children would be on the carpet or running around. Another instance I had come early to pick up my kids and watched another child hit mine in the head and she was bawling and the two teachers in the room did nothing. I brought all of this to the directors attention in emails in which I felt didn't do much of anything. I asked for a sit down meeting - the day of the meeting my mother picked up the kids for me and multiple teachers were rude to her, giving dirty looks, and said nothing to her or my kids as they left. Always VERY impersonal with the kids. During the meeting, some of my issues I felt she really took into consideration and would watch for moving forward, however, others she brushed off and made them feel unimportant. Less than 2 weeks later we pulled my kids from the childcare.

I really love this day care it is clean the staff are friendly and the children love it I am so glad I don’t have to worry about anything leaving to go to work. I always say a day care is only as good as the director and she seems to be a good one thank you all for caring so much Kathy m
