Parkside Playschool

Parkside Playschool has been a heaven sent for childcare for my daughter! They have been very flexible and responsive as I navigated a highly contentious custody case. They kept me well informed and also helped my daughter learn to better self-regulate her emotions, which she was having issues with prior to attending. This was such a difficult time for both me and my daughter, and I'm so thankful to have had Parkside Playschool's support throughout this process. I feel confident that my daughter is more than ready for kindergarten next fall.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The teachers and admin are wonderful- they treat your child like one of their own and make them feel safe and loved. As a parent it’s comforting that they send you multiple pictures of your child/activities throughout the day, with frequent updates. They always serve healthy meals and get the kids moving with outdoor play. They even have animals to care for which also teaches responsibility and compassion.

We love Parkside! We toured several when we moved to the area and decided it was worth to stay on their waitlist because nothing else compared. Miss Ashley & Miss Madison arereally gifted at knowing the kids so well & communicating how E has been growing/developing the past few months. I thought I would be super ready for him to start kindergarten but I’m so happy he gets another year to learn with them!

We LOVE Parkside. We transitioned our two daughters from at home nanny to Parkside and do not regret this decision. The directors are supportive, understanding, and communicative. They are excellent about avoiding food allergies while providing balanced meals. The teachers are caring and informative. They seem to thrive with the play based curriculum. Seeing them have fun thru the Bright Wheel app makes me smile everyday.

My daughter attended Parkside from 4 months old through pre-k. I have only positive things to say about this facility and the values of the people that work here. Parkside is not just a school or daycare. It’s a home. Some of my child’s infant teachers still remain from 5 years ago. This says A LOT about the values of Parkside and how well they treat their employees. Parkside teaches how to appreciate nature, farming, gardening, teamwork and whole-hearted living. My daughter now attends their affiliate The Fayetteville Nature School as a kindergartener. I could not be more appreciative of Melanee, Brigitte and everyone else that runs these two locations. I saw them through breastfeeding while going back to work, my child learning to feed herself, potty training, developing of lifelong friendships, and the chaos of covid that affected all of these stages. Everything was handled with clear communication, calm guidance and love. Like I said, this is a home. I’m so thankful that I get to continue being a part of this community into elementary as well. May this facility continue to grow in its success.
