We were not welcomed back because we commented on them being unprofessional. They took it personally and privately messaged my wife being rude and saying our child was not welcomed back. This was Patsy Aguirre the “Director”. She also refused to give us the owner’s information.

They posted on Facebook that they would be open regular time then posted 3 minutes before they opened that they would be closed after all due to weather. I asked if they could give me a better heads up next time as I drove all the way there to find they were closed. The director sent me a nasty message and told me we were no longer welcome there.

Everyone is great! Thank you for taking care of my kiddos and always being reasonable about things. Friendly staff and they actually care about your children.
