First time coming. The grass is perfectly bright. Not the best park in my opinion, but it's a good park for a nice walk and exercise.

Sadly, this park is not to well-maintained. It certainly is a “has been.” it has some great bones such as a lot of land a lot of picnic tables it especially has a lot of groupings a picnic tables for a large group. There’s a baseball diamond to tennis courts a pool with a slide a medium size kids playground and a really nice maintained walking path. However, the bathrooms are chained up some of the water fountains are just disgusting. It seems like a small parking lot for such a big park but it looks like there’s plenty of road parking as well.

NO WALKING THE TRAIL: Fire every employee of Paradise Park and community employees. The #1 waste of water and injuries is this park. Sprinkles turn on at 6:00 am so the walking path/street during the winter/summer are soaked causing elder people to slip and fall while trying to walk dogs/exercise.

I moved to Las Vegas from Dallas in 1996 to enjoy the excitement of the Las Vegas Strip. But I soon realized that the Las Vegas valley's parks are an equally wonderful treasure. No matter where you live in Las Vegas, there's a park in walking distance. I discovered Paradise Pointe Park when I sold a home that borders the park. You can see the beautiful trees and green expenses from the master bedroom balcony. What's so wonderful about this park is that the city and the developers made it a part of the neighborhood. No matter where you live along the park, there's easy access. The developer put cut outs between the houses that lead directly to the access points to the park; the kids don't have to go on the streets to enjoy. I love this safety feature! This park has a popular skateboard park. Kids are whizzing by, practicing tricks. A superstar in the making? This is a basketball haven. A basketball statue welcomes you to the court. But there are also horse shoes and tetherball. The park has two playgrounds. One is for youngsters 2-5 and the other for older kids. This is a good idea because they like different things depending on their development. The park has a splash pad, a must in hot Las Vegas summers. There's parking on two levels, a good thing when a big game happens.
