What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Panda at Parkrose (also referenced as Pitter Patter) for its caring, communicative staff and nurturing environment. Children show significant developmental progress and enjoy attending daily. The facility offers excellent outdoor space, provided meals, and strong parent-staff partnerships.
The teachers and staff at Pitter Patter have been so amazing to our toddlers growth. He came here with speech delays, feeding issues and never having spent much time around other kids his age. He would watch the kids play and not join in, he would sit in the sidelines for dance parties. After a year of seeing early intervention both at home and at Pitter Patter and the guidance of the preschool teachers, he is flourishing. I love seeing the pics and videos of him dancing with the kids and laughing and smiling. He had grown so much in his confidence and being comfortable around new folks. He "pretends" to be at school while at home and asks me "are you teacher Zia? Are you teacher Fattemah?" And makes jokes and replays things that have happened at school. He's made amazing friendships and has truly thrived beyond our expectations. I'm told right away if he gets a boo boo or falls, I never have to wonder with Pitter Patter. They're very communicative and also tell me any thoughts or insights they have and are always willing to try new things to support him.
Pitter Patter provides great care for kids and partnership for parents! We really appreciate the provided meals and snacks - we drop off around 7:15, so sometimes our son has eaten at home, but sometimes he relies on breakfast at preschool. We LOVE the outdoor space, and it's definitely better than many other daycares! Our son is very active and loves spending time outside. They have a large outdoor area, including a large covered portion which provides insulation that allows them to spend more time outside, even when it's rainy or cold. And the Pitter Patter team - lead by their owner Nicole - has been so open, available, and receptive with providing support to us and our son. He's been there for 2+ years, so obviously he's experiencing many milestones and vast growth. Any time we have asked for extra accommodations, it's been hugely met with positivity, collaboration, and reassurance. Raising kids is amazing but stressful; it's such a relief and so refreshing to have a daycare/preschool that really wants to help.
Care for my baby was excellent. They were kind, understanding, and communicative. We received real time updates on meals, bottles, and diaper changes. They had daily walks or outside play. The director, owner, and staff works together to provide a warm environment for children. They have all the toys and books. My baby made many friends.
The teachers at Pitter Patter as well as the owner Nicole are incredibly kind and caring of each child. Our daughter has huge smiles whenever we walk in the door, and I can tell everyone is happy to see her. I love getting updates and photos throughout the day and I know she’s in good hands.
We love Becky, she is the current director. Her communication & reinsurance goes beyond measures. She is very caring of the kids. She easy to talk to about any concerns or questions.
