My child currently attends this school. She was having her troubles, like falling asleep and making friends, To where she was being bullied in another kid was putting their hands on her. One day during PE she fell, Busted her arm and leg, and the bully in the other girls pointed and laughed. Because my child got up and started walking toward the bully after being called by staff, She is now no longer to play with her other classmates, She’s Is receiving detention for any and everything that is not under the protocols In the student handbook, She did her time that she was Instructed to do and is still being placed in detention. I’ve called to try to reach an agreement. Cannot get a call back. The bully who was in trouble when I first attended the meeting Had gotten in trouble for bullying another kid the same day, And is now free. My daughter, being new and the only black girl in the classroom It’s being called aggressive, defiant, and is being treated like a convict who cannot walk amongst her peers. Please keep in mind two days before she fell, She was in a car accident. The next day. The bully had kicked her behind the ball in front of other little girls. The third day was when she fell, and they laughed at her. Now we are being punished.

My 4 year old attends the new school mountain view elementary and they discriminate kids with autism they always calling one day out of the week to have me pick him up He is autistic and just because of his condition doesnt give them the right to discriminate him

I can’t believe this place! I understand there was a little girl at Castle Elementary that had her femur broken by a little boy! Both in first grade! I called the district because I understand nothing happened to the little boy. He was not expelled or anything! After repeatedly jumping on the little girls leg! I called the district because the principal swept it under the rug! I spoke to Jennifer Irvin! She was so rude and so defensive she said “ugh! Didn’t I speak with you already last year?!” I said “no, I just found out” she said “oh I thought you were the parent” (of the little girl) I explained how I don’t think it’s ok to be defensive toward her mom if it were her to be calling! She said I don’t know the whole story but I know from people that saw what happened! I asked that I put her on speaker so my partner can hear and she said she’d rather just speak to me! Like hello we are both the parents! I told her that I don’t think that principal should be there because he didn’t take it as serious as he should have! She asked if anything happened to my daughter I said my daughter gets bullied there even had her glasses stolen in a previous year and nothing ever gets done! She said well nothing happened to her I said I’m not going to wait for anything to happen and I will make sure I stand by that little girl because I would want the same for my daughter! I will make sure everyone knows until that principal is removed! Jennifer said I don’t know the whole story but I know more than she thinks and I can’t imagine any story where someone could break someone’s leg and it be ok!

My experience with this school district and specifically the principle and staff of Hart Elementary school, have been the WORST ever. My son has been the victim of BULLYING by the children at this school since day one! I have taken this problem to the principle (on several occasions) and if the problem with the children weren't enough, I've had to deal with the teachers BULLYING my son as well. Utilizing the Chain of command, I have taken my concerns to the District i.e. Mr. Johnson H.R, Ms. Kincaid Asst. Superintendent, Mr. Silberberg Superintendent. All to no avail! In fact, there solution is to move my child to another school, instead of investigating the practices and educating of children at Hart Elementary. It is getting to the point, that my son can do NO RIGHT! It has become PERSONAL, the principle dislikes me for exposing his lack of protecting children from bullies/bullying. I'm currently investigating my options of filing a formal complaint to the DEPT of Education, legal representation, bullying advocacy group's and the media. Bullying from children and educators must stop!! When your child is filled with so much anxiety and depression, at the thought of going to school....... I believe it's fair to say this school district is broken!

Horrible communication I’ve called and left multiple voicemails regarding there issues on parent square and things they say that are supposed to be on there are not they are very unprofessional as to not even follow back with a curtesy call or any follow up
