The staff is very helpful and understanding and will work with you. Maintenance good communication use and gets the job done.

Clean apartments, good manager, maintained property. HUD subsidized. Washer and dryer hook up's in the 1-3 bedroom units. Affordable housing.

My friend said that there's shootings there, and someone died last year. My friend also said that there's nasty people there. Not looking forward to that.

Coming from Philadelphia Pa, that's luxury. If you wanna see some "projects " (low income housing) plan a trip to Philly 215- BADLANDZ!
