We are so happy to have found PELC after having mixed experiences at other childcare/early learning establishments. Our son is eager to go to school each morning (something absent in his prior experiences) and routinely talks about all the teachers and staff and how much he loves them. As an adult, it’s not hard to see why. From the moment you enter PELC you are met with what feels like a real school environment and a culture of nurture that is apparent in everything from the way the teachers decorate their doors and classrooms to how the staff greet you and interact with the children as they walk to class. We are confident our son will be emotionally and academically prepared for Kindergarten next year because of the well-rounded instruction he’s receiving now. We also love how often PELC holds family events and celebrations of ethnic and cultural diversity. We may have only just stumbled into PELC in our son’s final year before elementary school, but we are so happy to be able to end that journey here!
PELC is an awesome community of parents, children, and teachers. We’ve been extremely happy here for 2 years. Our daughter looks forward to school everyday!
It has been an absolute pleasure sending my two children to PELC over the past four years. My son started at 4 and was reading above Kindergarten level when he started and my daughter has attended since she was two and is now very prepared socially and academically to start elementary school. The staff is all top-notch, fair, friendly, and communicative. We have had Ms Michelle, Ms Juana, and Ms Cathy and all have been excellent, caring educators. Shoutout to Ms Donna and Ms Ann for their many years of service and dedication to the families here.
We had a wonderful experience at Pallotti Early Learning Center (PELC) for my two year old child. This center is one of the best kept secrets in the area. The best parts: wonderful facilities, great teachers and small class sizes makes this place a true gem in the area. The administration is open to feedback and addresses any questions quickly. They also organize great events where parents can mingle with other parents and families giving it more of a community feel. There are good amount of extracurricular activities (soccer shots, dance) that children can be ne One of the standout features for us was the small class size. In the 2-year-old classroom, there were only 6 children with a 6:1 ratio, which allowed for so much individual attention. Even the largest class size at the center is just 10 students, which ensures that students get quality care. The staff is very diverse, which creates a welcoming and inclusive environment. Our teacher, Ms. Khadidja, is the best. She was patient, kind and did a great job balancing the firm when needed with being nurturing. My son absolutely loved her. She was a critical part of helping my son become potty trained by the time he was 3 years old. Although this is a Catholic school, and we are not Catholic, I did not feel that Catholicism was embedded too much into every aspect of the curriculum. The price is absolutely great for the value of education. If you're looking for a great facility with caring teachers and a nurturing environment with attentive care. This is your place, you will not regret enrolling your child here!
