We wanted a traditional Montessori education before elementary school for our kids, and both of them had a great experience at Palisades Montessori. We were so grateful for the location within our close-knit neighborhood and it made starting school such a comfortable process for them. They have been well loved and cared for by the teachers they had. We will miss it now that both have graduated but we feel prepared for the next step.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Palisades Montessori. We have had two children attend and both bloomed there. The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly focus on each child’s individual needs. Ms. Gwen, the Head of School, is highly experienced and leads a strong team of teachers trained in the Montessori method. The Montessori approach fosters independence, curiosity, and a love for learning, and we’ve seen our children grow so much in both confidence and skills. The classroom environment is warm and inviting, with engaging hands-on activities that encourage exploration. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and highly recommend this preschool and the infant-toddler center.

We cannot say enough good things about Palisades Montessori and what each level (Infant, Mobile, Toddler, and Primary) has done for our children. The wonderful teachers foster the children's independence and interests, and really help the children understand how to navigate the world around them in their own unique way. Palisades Montessori is much more than a school. It is a true community. Our oldest will head to kindergarten next year, but we know what she has learned at Palisades Montessori both academically, and more importantly about herself, will guide her throughout her life.

We've been parents of Palisades Montessori students for four years, and our children have been in the infant, mobile, toddler, primary, and aftercare programs. The school offers more than an education; it's a nurturing community where our children have been able to thrive, and it has been amazing to see their confidence, independence, and love for learning grow. Palisades Montessori teachers are exceptionally dedicated, patient, and caring. The Montessori approach is wonderfully integrated with activities that encourage curiosity and foster critical thinking. Our kids are growing into eager, self-motivated learners, and we feel so fortunate to have found a safe, enriching environment that truly nurtures each child's unique qualities.

My husband and I have been thrilled with our children's experiences at Palisades Montessori. Our daughter began there at age 1, and she is turning 5 tomorrow. In their expert care, she has blossomed into an inquisitive, confident, independent, and kind child. Ditto for our son, who began his journey around age 1 and is now 3. The teachers are simply outstanding. They are so positive and nurturing. I can't imagine a better start in life for my children. This is such a formative stage, and Palisades Montessori has given them such important foundational skills that will serve them for the rest of their lives. It will be truly bittersweet when they graduate from this gem of a school.
