Former teacher aid here. This daycare is the worst. Teachers are beyond rude. The staff even worst! I had a conversation with the kitchen staff about milk and they BOTH told me they are not certified! Isn’t that illegal?. The director is so clueless. Staff are jumping ship because we are not comfortable working like this. My child is allergic eats and i had to take her home because they gave her eggs than they got mad at me! One of the teachers pulled a little girl hair, got fired and was told to come back because they are short staffed. I’m so glad i left And my child is enjoying her new school.

I am not sure how this place has 4 Stars. They need to be reevaluated. From the lack of professionalism, false advertisement, to the misuse of authority, to not following procedures, along with other failures to follow state regulated policies and procedures. My son attended their summer camp for 2018 and it was a bad experience for the both of us. They promised swimming lessons as one of the summer camp features and did not have them and the pool wasn't clean. My son never wanted to get in the pool. They also promised clubs and they had none. No book clubs, sports clubs, nothing at all. They kept the kids outside in any weather. They allowed my child to be released to a person not on his list without identifying the person and without calling me. The food of choice was no good but they didn't allow outside food. The staff were unprofessional and not honest. Amanda East, , Nichole Klein, Susan Garber, Jacki Metzler, and even the President Maddy Malisall are unprofessional and rude. I also believe the leadership is racist. They allowed bullying to go on without a resolution. A staff member even hit a kid. I can only speak for summer camp but I think I experienced enough to never want to go there again to not recommend this place to no one.

My daughters attended Paley for 6 years! They loved it and so did I! The teachers are all so amazing, loving, and caring! However since this director came there has been nothing but issues! From classes being out of ratio, to asking parents to lie on paperwork, to even harassing parents if she had something against them. She has told parents they are not allowed to have communication with staff and other parents after being terminated wrongfully from their positions within Paley, one teacher terminated for hitting a child but them claims were never proven true! If you confront her is when the horns come out, she hates when ppl stand up to her! My daughter came home with a mark on her arm that appeared to be a nail mark or a bite mark. I questioned it and she told me that my son injured my daughter on the way to school! THERE IS NO WAY THAT WOULDVE HAPPENED! She blamed it on my oldest and I know for fact if something happened and he accidentally hurt one of his sisters he would of called and told me immediately! Now I wasn’t casting blame on anyone, all I wanted to know was what happened! I’m very laid back and know kids get hurt! However after that there was nothing but harassment, she would follow us to drop off my girls, I later found out that my 3 yr old was being taken into the bathroom and stripped down to her underwear and her body checked daily! Now like I said the teachers there are amazing and the curriculum is great, however 1 person ruined my whole experience with Paley! I love Kate and Cheri so much more ! So needless to say Nicole ultimately called DHS on me, not only did she lie about my job, how many kids I have but also the fact that at the time I had 2 children still at Paley! She focused on my 3 yr old! She told them that my daughter came to school that morning full of severe purple and yellow bruising all over her body ! Funny thing is she was home sick the day in question with the stomach flu so how could she of come to school with the bruising she claimed my daughter had, she went on to tell them how my daughter who was 9 weeks premature and a tiny child due to that ( however 75% of her height and 95% of her weight for her adjusted age) was Malnourished and not properly cared for. She also told them that my daughter probably hasn’t seen a dr since birth and that she is neglected! Needless to say they came out that night, my children all traumatized cause of the allegations, and the social worker could not stop apologizing for waking my kids out of bed for clearly nothing! All allegations were unfounded and it was proven she did nothing but lie and make a false report! When DHS called her to tell her all her allegations were found to be false, she went on to make more allegations and tried to convince them to keep the case open! The social worker then told her that she was advising me to remove my kids from the school! I know of other families she has done this too, and 1 child she convinced her daddy beat her with a beer bottle when in fact that never happened! Moral of the story is if you have a problem address it with the teachers! DO NOT go to Nicole with any of your concerns! She is very sneaky and is a liar and if you confront her with anything she will harass you to no end! And even take it way to far and lie and deface a good persons reputation! All the teachers are amazing and they are all great with the kids! They are all also easy to talk with about any concerns you may have! Avoid Nicole at all cost! If you confront her with anything she will make your life and your child’s miserable. Needless to say my children no longer attend here, and as hurt as I was having to take them out it was for the best, cause now they are somewhere I don’t need to worry about harassment and sexual misconduct(stripping my daughter to her underwear) from the director! Ps this below is the mark I found on my daughter, this is the reason all the harassment started! Cause I as a concerned parent questioned what happened to my little girl!!!!!

I have had my 6 year old grand daughter at Paley Early Learning since she was an infant. At each level, toddler, pre-k, kindergarten, she has had a wonderful experience. Her teachers are caring, and show a sincere interest in her development. Detailed progress reports provided my family where she excelled and where she needed more focus on. The center even offered parenting classes that provided creative ways to interact with your children and techniques in child care issues. The Center adheres strictly to medical policies and security. I strongly recommend Paley Early Learning Center. Whether your child has learning issues, developmental concerns, Paley has the resources to accommodate the needs of your child.

My child went here for 4 years. They really got her ready for kindergarten. The teachers were great and they do a great job transitioning the kids from one class to another each years. They do a lot of activities with the kids, put on shows, has a musician come in once a week to play music live for the kids, they do yoga. However, since I started my second child there this past year it’s very different. They will bring your child out as soon as they see your car in the circle - even before you get out the car and stop feeding him. I think that COVID didn’t help. But in general I don’t get the same communication of how my child is doing when he’s there with the written report either (which is more impt than ever since we are not allowed in). In general the quality seems to be not great from the outside looking in. We took our child out and went to Lassin instead which is much better.
