I was looking for an apartment complex that is modern. Is located in a acccessible part of the city and is affordable and found these apts. I walked in and talked to the staff and they all seemed very knowledgeable and genuenly nice and friendly. Showed me my options and i was quite pleased with the way they treated me. These are my #1 choice. I still need to see a few more but i doubt i’ll find something of this calliber nearby.
If I could give this place a zero star I would. They will tow your car for absolutely anything. If you have guest over, tell them to be careful because they will tow their cars as well. You could call management and corporate to complain and they won’t help you out.
There is a lot of cats around the apartment since the neighbors keep feeding them and letting them reproduce irresponsibly just to let them be free outside, there’s currently probably more than 8 cats around my apartment complex they fight a lot, make horrible noises at night, the stairs smells disgusting, they sleep in the stairs and run when you’re about to walk up so you always end up almost tripping running them over etc and people around or the “owners” throw them food on the FLOOR right in front of the stairs, almost tripped TWICE while currently 8 months pregnant, reported it TWICE and still nothing has been done about it, they seem to not care and have told me twice that “they would send a letter to the neighbors” still nothing has been done in a month, might have to call city or animal control instead.. but they made it clear that you pay a fee for animals and they have to be inside?? Hmm.. Clearly not. Also reported a maintenance issue since march and it’s been months and no fixing, very disappointing and frustrating that they do nothing about it and don’t care about the safety of the residents even if we are good residents that pay rent on time and behave according to the rules.
To start off the bumps as you drive in are horrible. Maintenance takes forever to get to your place to fix anything wrong. And the manager Carlos who also lives there does not know how to manage the place... The pool is always closed, even in spring time and summer. They don't even have assigned parking spaces. It's just ridiculous. Sometimes there's people with like 3 or 4 vehicles which they do not use just there taking up space. I do not recommend this place at all..
All the washing machines are broken. As usual.
