I gave them 5 stars because my experience there was the best experience I've had with daycares. They did really well with my daughter, and she did really well there. I miss them, honestly. Ashley is so nice, and they are all understanding and caring about the kids they watch. I highly recommend them for childcare needs....
My children have been going to OTR for 6 years now and I can't say enough good things about our experience. All of the staff have become family to us and they are a part of our village. The thought and creativity that the teachers put into activities for my kids is top notch. Not to mention how much they love and respect my kids and me. They are always there for us and offer a helping hand whenever a need arises, not only for my family but for the community. I didn't have any extended family in the area and had no additional help until I found OTR. They have become my second family and my kids adore their teachers. The facility is clean and the meals are substantial and nutritious. Every teacher harbors an environment for learning and social interaction. My family LOVES Over the Rainbow and we are proud to be part of the OTR family. Highly recommended.
I called about availability before I finished my sentence she hung up. I called back thinking it had to be a mistake. She didn't ask me age if they were still in school or anything. She automatically assumed I was calling for a school aged child cut me off and said I have no school availability and I was calling for my 3 year old. So I'm going to automatically assume that this isn't the fit for us anyways.
My son has been at this daycare for a week and a half and at first he liked going then would cry and hide behind me when I would take him in the morning to drop him off. 3 times he came home complaining of a teacher twisting his arm and when I tried to talk with the teacher the director continued blowing me off about it.turns out it was her that hurt his arm.and on another occasion he came home with his face irritated saying another teacher sprayed him in the face with cleaning products.he won't be going back to that place and they are under investigation at the moment.be aware of the director Kim coming off as a sweet person that loves children
This daycare is absolutely horrible. They do not feed the children like they should, and as for the owner she is argumentative(even with the kids), selfish, lazy and does not deserve to be around these precious children. Keep your children away from this place.
