Our Own Little World offers the best childcare and preschool service in the Alma area. The center has a homelike environment that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the building. When you walk in you are greeted by one of their friendly staff members. The whole staff loves each child as if he/she was one of their own. You can feel confident knowing your child is well taken care of while at work. Not to mention their learning curriculum is outstanding! Each class level helps each child grow socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually. You will be overly satisfied when your child finally reaches Ms. Cathy's four and 5-year-old class. She goes above & beyond to make sure her students are prepared for the upcoming kindergarten curriculum. Finally, the best part about this center is teaching your child about Jesus Christ. This preschool discusses the bible in a way that helps the children understand the sacrifice Jesus made for all of us! I cannot express how impressed I am with this center & what they are teaching our children in our local community.
All 3 of my sons attended Own Little World daycare, preschool, and daycare after school. During those 5-6 years, not one time was I concerned about their safety, physical or mental health. All the teachers, and Mrs. Cathy are exceptional. My sons were very prepared to start kindergarten. Mrs. Tammy, the owner was always aware of the ongoings, and spoke with me personally when needed, to let me know how my children were doing. One thing they do extraordinary, love on each child. Our Own Little World Daycare is one of the top notch childcare centers in the River Valley. I have had the honor of watching them run their business and provide excellent quality care for children, ages ranging from the earliest of months to school age. Not only is it a safe space with a great team in charge of caring for your little ones, they also have provided an atmosphere full of positivity and love that every parent would want for their child to experience in their early years.
When my family moved from Little Rock to the river valley area, my main concern was finding a child care for our daughter, who has three at that time. We learned about Our Own Little World Daycare and enrolled our daughter. When determining where we were going to settle in the area, we decided to stay in Alma mainly because this daycare facility was so perfect for our child. They not only loved our child and the children in their care, but they also love Jesus and love teaching the kids about his love. My daughter came home initiating saying Grace before we ate at the small age of three or four. I have never had any troubles with our own little world daycare. I would highly recommend OOLW to anyone that wants a quality, Christian environment, pre-school/daycare.
Struggling to find a daycare can be hard for any parent. A Christian based daycare that does not receive outside funding is even harder. Our Own Little World has been in business for 27 years for a reason. Both of my children went here so I'm speaking from experience. They pour values, love, blessings and time into all the children in their care. Anytime I see someone looking for a daycare, OOLW is my first suggestion.
