I’ve had a few rough experiences that ended up ruining my trust with this daycare as a whole. Firstly at the beginning, my daughter would come home with her face covered in dried food/dirt and her shirt caked in food. (This was mostly fixed after a conversation) I understand kids get dirty but my daughter was the only one dirty like that when I picked her up. Secondly I would pick her up and she’d occasionally have bug bites. This could have been from them being outside but with that being the case they should have the yard sprayed or not let the kids go outside if they know kids are getting bit. And finally my daughter had just gotten new gold earrings. Two days after she went back to daycare with them they both mysteriously ‘fall off’ at recess. I do not understand how two earrings manage to fall off on the same day. (They’re twist back earrings and not easy to even put in) My daughter has had earrings for a year now and has never lost a single earring let alone two at the same time. When I brought this up it led to what felt like a hostile argument where I ended up picking up my daughter and leaving. On top of all of that they would also randomly close. Sometimes not informing parents until the night before. Even with sudden closures you would still pay the same amount, like if your child was there only two days you’d still have to pay for the full week.
