The infant teacher Miss Stacy here is amazing, our son absolutely loved her! Sadly another worker covering the infant section when the teacher had to step away completely ruined the experience. Unfortunately, when a different worker was covering the infant section I handed my 11 month old son to her during morning drop off and he started hysterically crying. I went to walk out but I had to check him in on the app. The worker didn’t realize I hadn’t left yet and I heard her scolding and raising her voice to my 11-month old son for crying. When I walked back to check she was sitting in a chair holding my son down and forcing the bottle in his mouth while he kicked and cried, clearly not wanting it. I had to raise my voice and tell her to stop and take the bottle out of his mouth. I pulled my son out of care that day, he will not be returning.
