Our Little Einsteins Child Care Center

The staffs focus is not the children. I observed small classrooms staff on phones. The upper staff were very flashy and into their appearance not much of classy role models. They have tiny play area. The neighborhood is busy & not the safest .. I would keep searching. I pulled my daughter out after 3 weeks

I removed my kids from this Daycare. Most of the staff are not qualified to deal with kids and the manner in which they treat and speak to the kids when parents are not around is just disrespectful and extremly unprofessional. There was a crazy lice epidemic going on there that lasted almost a year. There are two bathrooms in the school age room but they decided that it is better for the staff to have their own bathroom and the kids both boys and girls have to share the other one. They demand the kids to respect them but give no respect to the kids. They ask to provide things for the kids and have their names on it and then they don't keep track of it and other kids walk right out with peraonal items that do not belong to them I would not recommend this Daycare to anyone.

This daycare should have been shut down a long time ago. Not sure how they are still in business. Worst staff was Yara Alakhras. The entire staff need proper training on how to care for children.

My daughter currently goes to this daycare. Im very disappointed in the daycare. The information given out today on WFMZis incorrect. It state the daycare will be open at 7am. Noone is in the building. Now i have to turn around and bring my daughter to someone to watch her last minute. Now i am late to work.There was a time when i went to bring my child in and noone was in the room for infants. I called the center to let them know and the phone was hung up on me. My daughter stuff is being miss placed. Diapers that arent hers being put on her. I am currely looking for a new daycare. Being military i need a reliable daycare. I need to know i can drop my child off with no worries.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After having to request a tour prior to enrolling my child the "director" dismissed herself for me to complete a questionable app. I then returned to complete and enroll my child to see children unattended and eating crackers and coolaid for lunch. I then exited the building mid argument with the true director in front not only my child but several children and parents. I immediately return to obtain the app with my and my child's personal info only to walk back in to quims and chaos. Only once I advise them that they were breaking the HIPPA laws by not return my paper is when they return it. I will never have a company of low standards care for my child and will inform any individual of my unpleasant experience.
