as a school it has gone so downhill. i went here for years until i left in middle school and i do not regret it because its gotten so bad. they are struggling to find staff so the current staff is rude, overworked, and doesn’t care about the students. not even to mention the students..so much bullying in the younger grades it’s insane kids are so mean nowadays, i know this because my little brother is a student there now and he has had so many negative experiences. it used to be so good when i was younger but good luck now..
The school is not great the schools teachers do not care for the students and the school lunch is not good and the principal doesn’t care for students the teachers favorite students the school is not clean the students there are rude, disrespectful, mean there are many bullying incidents and have not been stopped. There is a male aid worker there and would stand out side the girls restroom down in the lunch room if you were in there too long and would stand next to the stairs and when you stand you can see inside the bathroom
Went for the fish fry. It was good. They even had shrimp which of great for a catholic who doesn't like fried fish.
Racism?!!. When I attended in the 70s and 80s. We had a black teacher , Mrs Young and that's when things were racist. Everyone loved her!!! when she had her child the school celebrated she was married to a super nice white man and the clergy at olph embraced them . not one time did I ever see any bigotry. I still think about her to this day. I still have my recorder from her class . I love music due in part to her .ps: love ya Mrs Youngs
