Our Kids West

My current provider was closed for the week, but I was able to use Our Kids West for drop-in care. They were very accommodating to our situation and made the enrollment process very easy. My little one struggled the first couple days since it was a change in his routine, but the staff helped make the transition easy. The environment feels safe and welcoming, and the outdoor area was great. They had a bunch of different toys and my son loved it. He enjoyed the activities and came home happy every day, even trying to stay a little longer and play with the toys. Communication is good, and I really appreciated the regular updates. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a daycare with smaller class sizes, fun activities, and all meals provided.

Our kids West has been amazing! The staff is so caring and attentive, and I've seen kids grow and learn so much since starting here. The environment is always clean and safe, and they offer a great balance of educational activities and fun playtime. I highly recommend Our Kids West to any parent looking for quality childcare!

Our kids west is more than just a daycare they are family! This will be our 3rd year here and we love it. My kids cannot wait to go back every morning. The staff is so nice and caring. Lastly, they have structure when it comes to the learning programs. My kids always come home happy and excited to show me what they learned at daycare.

as i am reading the reviews left for this daycare i am SUPER surprised, this daycare is a HORRIBLE place to put you child. Sandy ( the owner) has left a very bad taste in my mouth, i have has numerous problems with this daycare for the duration of my childs stay. i voiced my opinions and concerns. i felt as if it was dismissed every single time. i let sandy know i wanted to pull my child our immediately and she REFUSED to give me the transfer paper. this was on friday, that coming week my daughter had 2 incidents back to back where she was physically marked. My daughter has never been into so many "fights" the whole time being there. i felt as if they were retaliating against my child and that was most horrible feeling as a parent . Come wednesday i voiced my concerns again and was just told to take my discharge paper and pull my child out in the middle of the wk as sandy did NOT want to deal with the mistakes of her daycare that impacted my child. There is only a handful of GOOD teachers at this site. Elizabeth ( 2 yr old teacher) has very poor hygiene to the point i am concerned at the thought of her taking care of my child. How can i trust her to care for her properly when she does not care for herself, Lisa ( Lead + 3 yr old teacher) is highly unprofessional. i have NEVER seen that lady dressed properly to be around children it was always biker shorts and tank tops. Maureen ( the director) is a mean old lady, she is super rude . the last couple of days my daughter was still attending she was trying so hard to "keep" the peace but it was extremely uncomfortable as this lady never even told me good morning when i went to drop off my child. The owner along with a big majority of her staff are careless, neglectful and inconsiderate when it comes to the children and parents. i will NEVER recommend this daycare to my worst enemy and that speaks volumes

My son started attending Our Kids West at 6 months old. We have loved every single one of his teachers and he has learned so much! Everyone at Our Kids West has made going to work everyday a little easier knowing he’s in good hands.
