What Parents Say
Our First Impressions Child Care Center receives predominantly positive feedback from parents praising staff attentiveness, cleanliness, and organization. However, two negative reviews cite poor customer service on initial inquiry and concerns about inadequate response to a child being bitten by another student.
My grandchildren attended this Child Care Facility for 5 years. The staff was very attentive and engaged with the children. The facility was very clean and organized. I would highly recommend this First Impressions Child Care Center
We had a great experience at First Impressions. The facility was very well maintained and organized, which put me at ease as a new mom.
Called to inquire about their daycare and the woman who answered the phone phone said “ I can’t help you with that.” I asked if there was somebody else that I should call back and ask to speak to since she was unable to assist me and she stated “not really”
My wife and I are very happy with the experience we've had so far with the owner and caretakers at First Impressions. We can entrust them with our child while we're busy working during the day because she always looks forward to going back! She has certainly laughed and learned a lot thanks to their dedicated staff. They're clean, friendly, and most importantly highly experienced with children.
This place is literally a poor excuse of a daycare. My daughter attended for about 2 mouths during that time my daughter got bitten twice by the same kid and they didn’t do anything about it. Each time nothing done. I wasn’t going to let happen a third time. I also want to point out that owner always like to defend the daycare in reviews like you’ve have been taking care of children for 25+ years but lefts face it how come these problems that the parents are having are never fixed? I guess you can’t teach an old dog new tricks
