ASAC has been nothing short of a phenomenal experience for our first baby! She started with them at 12 weeks old (now 1.5 yrs old) and we have had nothing but a positive experience. The teachers treat her like their own - we feel she is genuinely loved and cared for by everyone who works there! They are excellent at communicating with us and we receive daily updates and photos of her growing and thriving! We feel very lucky to have found such an amazing daycare.

I tried calling A Step Above Childcare several times to schedule a tour, left voicemails, and never received a call back. I even commented on a positive Facebook review about my lack of response, and only then did I receive a call from the director, Iesha, to schedule an appointment. I was sent a confirmation email a week before for our 10:00 AM appointment today. My husband and I arrived on time and were able to walk right into the facility without being greeted or checked in. We were told to wait at the front door because the director wasn’t in yet. After 10 minutes, I asked in a nearby room and was told she was stuck in traffic and would be there soon. She never arrived. I also never received a call, email, or apology after the missed appointment. Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this daycare.

I cannot say enough positive things about A Step Above Childcare! My infant has been enrolled here for a few months, and the experience has been wonderful. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and professional, always making sure that my little one is well taken care of and engaged in activities that promote both physical and cognitive development. What stands out the most is the individualized attention they give to each child. They always keep me updated on my daughter’s day, from naps to feedings, and they go above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns as a parent are addressed. The environment is clean, safe, and nurturing, which gives me peace of mind every day. If you are looking for a childcare center that genuinely cares about your child’s growth and well-being, I highly recommend A Step Above Childcare!
