Our Children Day Care receives mixed reviews with significant concerns about ownership and management. While several parents praise the educational activities, staff warmth, and quality care provided by teachers, multiple parents report serious issues including alleged mistreatment by the owner, failure to report injuries, and unprofessional behavior toward both staff and children.
The owner is the issue with this place and I will explain why! This lady is very boastful and try’s to immediately display her superiority in this daycare center. She is very rude and does not have very well conversations and makes you feel uncomfortable. I spoke with staff on a previous day when the owner was not there and the staff is GREAT and very welcoming. They made me feel comfortable with my choice of daycare due to my child being nonverbal but when spoke to the owner, she was very nice/nasty about my child’s condition. She denounced everything her staff told me and said she is the owner and what she says goes regardless of what her staff says. Just want other people to know my experience with this place.
I would get calls saying that the Owner Ms.Nix's was mistreating my child. I had to remove her from the facilities on 2 occasions then I never came back.
March 25, 2019 my daughter was bitten and I was never told! I didn't see the nasty bite mark until after I picked her up! I have pictures from my Facebook memories! Do NOT take your child here!! 😒 My friend's child.... his arm got broken here and they never reported it and they claimed they didn't know how it happened!
Yells at employees, teachers and kids! My daughter said she was being popped there. I told them what she said "NOT ACCUSING" and then then all of a sudden my kids are a problem and can't come back 🙄 I got yelled at for what I told them my daughter was saying! My daughter kept telling me she didn't want to go back but I had to work! I feel bad now! My friend witnessed her yelling at a child when she went to pick up an application then the director yelled at her when she got there! Highly UNPROFESSIONAL!
I had my child here from 6mths till 3. She loved it and we loved the staff!! Ms. Grace is amazing and very understanding we were so sad to leave!
