Orangeburg First Baptist Church Child Dev. Center

First Baptist CDC is second to none. The next best thing would be their grandmas or myself. My children ages 7 and 4 have been at CDC since they were 1 and 2 years old. I am grateful to have teachers like Miss Kathy who selfless and gives true compassion and and understands children. Had it not been for her understanding and patience, I don't know where we would be.

I really can’t wait to put my son into private school Because these kind of establishments will belittle the fact my child came up to me this morning saying he didn’t have a blanket at nap time. When brought to the ladies that work up there about what’s going on there isn’t any communication. How do we trust our children with such unorganized people? I don’t care how busy you are my child shouldn’t be without especially if it’s been provided. If one child has their blanket my child should too. Then when I had to play investigator to find out his blanket was in his bag I get questioned why I made a big deal out of it. I said well why didn’t you just do your job that you are PAID to take care of my child? I get a hung up phone call saying I’m not going to argue with you. But why did you call me asking me about why did I react the way I did. I pay too much money to get poor service. Nobody will be the voice of reason when they are the one is wrong and place blame on the ones paying their paychecks. I don’t want to be rude but I refuse to have my son be hushed up for being encouraged to tell me what’s going on in his daycare. PARENTS be aware of what your children say to you!! Because apparently they won’t let you know if it’s to cover up their own mistakes!

Staff and All personnel are WONDERFUL. My daughter seems to love everyone at this daycare. The staff keeps me informed on my daughters progress. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who has kids:)
