I would love to give them 5 stars, I have heard such great things about this place. But unfortunately I have called numerous times for the past 6-7months now and only to be told I'm on a wait list(but yet I was not ask what my name is or childs name!?), told (2) times the director will give me a call back since they were on the Phone and they are the ones who do intake. Or to be told I'm 26th in line and there isnt any movement but keep calling to check in..... I have also done the contact form on the website and still nothing.
