Our son recently started here and we’re so happy! His teacher is great, the director is super nice and so is the assistant director. I haven’t met anyone yet who isn’t nice. Our son is having so much fun and learning more here than he was previously. There are a lot of activities for him to do daily and I love the daily updates. Thank you!
My daughter has been attending One Step At A Time since she was a baby. The teachers are experienced, trained, loving and attentive. They treat my daughter as if she is their own child. The owner and directors are very caring, approachable and quick to respond to any questions and concerns I may have. From interactions and conversations I’ve had with the staff and directors I can see that all their staff and teachers are qualified and have sufficient experience of working with kids and can impart excellent education to them. I am a registered nurse so cleanliness and health was a top priority for me when searching for a daycare. Unlike past experiences with other childcare centers, my daughter rarely has gotten sick while attending this center therefore I know the center is kept clean and disinfected. I feel comfortable with sending my child here everyday and trust them not only with my daughter’s education, but well being as well.
I don’t typically leave reviews like that. But this daycare has been the best decision me and my wife have made for our son. It is family owned and you can tell the staff really enjoys caring and nurturing for children. When my daughter comes of age we will also enroll her. Ms. Robin is ten toes down the best. The negative reviews are likely coming anonymously from other daycares in the area or staff that was let go.
My kids have been with this academy from day one! The owner and directors go above and beyond for the kids. The staff is great. The building is clean. They treat you like family and love the kids. They're reliable and trustworthy. I trust them with my children. I haven't had an issue. This is a safe place for kids to come to learn and have fun!!!
One of the best child care centers! My children has gone to the childcare center and loved it! They met friends, good teachers, ate good food and not to mention all the activities they provide throughout the school year and summer time. The kids also learned sign language now that’s a plus!!! Also, one thing I love is how the owners work with you, they are awesome and they keep the place nice and clean.
