No one I know of has ever got service from CAP. This program is so full of BS. They say first call, first serve; yet don't answer the phone. Seems like they only help their friends. This is a travesty of "government funding". How does one get help? How does one have their practices investigated?

Unprofessional & lies steal government money not helping poor citizens Always claims to be out of funds Why is the government funding this place where is the funds going Should be questioned Seriously every call they rude with attitudes and always claim to be out of funds I'm going to reach out to the public commissioner because these people aren't helping struggling citizens as always they out of funds this place needs to be investigated seriously Where are the funds going
