I would like to leave an honest review. At that time, we had just moved from Moscow. I visited many daycare centers in different price ranges before choosing this one for my child. A very important criterion for me was that my child would be surrounded by good people and attentive teachers while my husband and I are at work. The director of this daycare is a very pleasant woman, always ready to help in any situation. Miss Mae, you are the best!!! My son has been attending this daycare for three years now. We are very happy! My child runs to daycare, loves his teachers, made his first friends there, and we also found friends there. They teach the children, take care of them, organize many activities, and put their love and energy into them. Personally, I am endlessly grateful to the entire daycare team. Thank you so much! I just wanted to thank Ms. Mae and her entire team for the care and love they show to my children at OTC. It’s more than just a daycare center — they truly prepare the kids for kindergarten. By the time my children start school, they already know how to write their names, recognize numbers, and understand phonics. The center provides a strong foundation for reading and learning at a deeper level. My kids also love going to school every day and are always excited to see their teachers and friends. I would highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a daycare that genuinely loves, cares for, and nurtures their children.

Olympic Tot has consistently exceeded my expectations when it comes to childcare, demonstrating remarkable dedication to nurturing young minds. It's a truly selfless endeavor to provide guidance, education, and care to children who aren't your own. All three of my children have flourished under their care, receiving compassion and support every step of the way. From engaging activities like cooking classes, yoga, and field trips to invaluable assistance with afterschool homework, Olympic Tot has been a shining example of excellence. Their commitment to going above and beyond is genuinely inspiring, and I highly recommend this exceptional daycare center to anyone seeking a nurturing environment for their child.

I had to pull my children from this facility because another older child was hurting them under the supervision of the staff. I tried multiple times to resolve this issue and eventually was told the other child had a right to be there and would not be removed. Even though I removed my children due to safety concerns, the facility refused to refund me my security deposit as though I was going to allow my children to be physically harmed for an additional two weeks. Interestingly enough I happened to see the daycare provider when I was picking my children up from school and said older child was having an incident where they were unable to regulate their emotions and the childcare provider was not able to get a handle on the situation. Witnessing this exchange validated my decision that removing my children was the best decision for our family. Edit: my children were newly seven and four years old at the time and this other child is at minimum 5 feet tall. These incidents were not minor and resulted in my children crying. One incident resulted in having to take my child to the ER because of the lack of supervision. Hopefully this center will stop making excuses and make some changes before someone’s child is seriously hurt. Taking accountability and making sure that all children are safe is a much better option than arguing with parents. Even though the facility has removed me from the app, I still have screenshots of all of our communications, which I will be more than happy to provide to anyone who would like to review them. It is very disappointing that the staff does not hold themselves to a higher standard of seriousness with providing childcare, because aside from the one child who they refused to monitor or acknowledge, was hurting other children, the program overall was a good one. But not worth the risk of my children being hurt.

We used Olympik just for "back-up care" for a week while our primary daycare is closed for in-service and honestly have fallen in love with the place. Its by far the most well organized daycare we've used. The teachers are attentive. The admin is incredibly nice. The facilities are large, clean, and have plenty of great play spaces. It's in the hart of Chinatown which is a lovely commute. Our little 18 month old seems eager to go every single morning that it surprised us how fast she became comfortable there. If this location was a little more convenient to our daily commutes, we wouldn't hesitate to enroll our daughter there. THANK YOU for making this week so smooth and wonderful for us!
