I wouldn't even give 1 star. I was set up for an interview for a Saturday appt with the director Donna. I was told to call her in advance so she'd know to be in her office when we arrived. I called her and she had a clear attitude about us being 10 mins early. We were in the parking lot as she was walking in so we decided to let it go and give her until 2 mins before our scheduled time so she could get settled. The minute we walked in the door she very rudely said that she's swamped. And i nicely asked why the receptionist scheduled us for today if she was too busy (we couldve come another time). She looks at me with the meanest expression and tells us shes fitting us in because she is very busy and doesnt have time. Keep in mind my 2 year little girl was here for all this. Perhaps her words dont seem so bad. But her mean attitude and expression told us she didnt want us there. I told her i was leaving and didnt need someone like that watching over my child. She waved us off and locked up quickly behind us. They have lost our business, i encourage you to look elsewhere.
My kids learned so much and loved going to this daycare. My daughter started school and still talks about her OOLA family. We all miss everyone so much! Such a great place.
