What a lovely experience I just had here! I was in town for a conference and needed to find an Ash Wednesday service. Not knowing anything about Virginia Beach, I happened to choose Old Donation, and I'm so glad I did. It's been a long time since I've felt so welcomed at a church. Not only was the sanctuary historic & beautiful, but the sermon was just what I needed to start my Lent Season with peace, hope, and joy. Thank you!
