However, four parents raised serious safety concerns, citing incidents of babies being shaken and injured, with allegations that management failed to take adequate action after multiple incidents, leading to the center's closure.
Just Google this place and you'll read about babies being shaken and hospitalized. Then not long after that a baby was injured after falling off the diaper changing station and they tried to downplay it to state authorities. These people, including the owners and management should never be allowed to own, operate, or work in a childcare center ever again.
Hurting helpless babies? Thank God the state finally shut this place down. Should of been shut down sooner seeing as another innocent baby was hurt here AGAIN. Why wasn't it closed after the first incident? One time is unacceptable but multiple times? Shame on the state as well seeing as the first incident should've been the last, but what do I know?
Management should share the blame!!! How was the staff member allowed to continue to work here especially unsupervised. Additional training and support should have been provided. This place has gone downhill since the new "director" took over. I pray for the two babies and their families.
Absolute super fan of Oaks early learning center. Strong pedagogy, kind caring patient and compassionate teachers, clean facility. I can't say enough good things. Our daughter has been going since 18 months and we STRUGGLED for a long time with separation anxiety but the teachers staff and administration never gave up on her and now she is THRIVING 3 years later. thanks so the amazing team at oaks, Christina, Catalina, Alyssa, Alayna, Brook, Riley, Kayla, and anyone else that has had a hand in helping us raise our girl.
If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! These people are shaking babies and severely hurting them! Do NOT send your kids here. Please!!!!
