Oakmont North Center

I had a great experience at Oakmont North Apartments thanks to Jordyn. She was extremely kind, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. I have been here for 7 months and I haven't had too many issues. I have never been in a complex where the staff is above average. Even with my personal life issues the property manager has been working with me every step and is by far one of the best that I have dealt with. I am extremely thankful for the staff for what they have done and couldn't ask for anyone better. Thank you for everything! Keep up with the great work to the office staff and mantiance staff!

Was very pleased with the work from maintenance. I put in several requests for repairs on 12/2 and every last one was handled swiftly. Thanks Roshea & Neal for caring about the tenants and making sure everything is in tip top shape.

The leasing office staff are terrible. My rental history was negatively affected since they didn’t properly remove me from the lease. So, I had to file a dispute since it was interfering with me getting a new apartment elsewhere. My car got broken into right in front of my apartment, so the area is terrible. Also, there are roaches everywhere.

it was a very smooth process. they got me moved in within a month and the apartment is great. highly recommend staying here. ms shanta and ms jordyn was great help , very professional also very understanding thank you again🩷
