Oakland Academy

My son has been attending this preschool since he was just 1 year old, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and confident that our son was in a safe and nurturing environment. The teachers are incredibly patient, caring, and attentive. They take the time to understand each child’s unique personality and needs, and it really shows in the way the children grow and thrive. Watching my son develop socially, emotionally, and academically over the years has been such a blessing. The classroom environment is clean, organized, and filled with engaging activities that promote learning through play. I especially appreciate how they focus on building independence, communication skills, and positive behavior. My son has formed meaningful friendships and looks forward to going to school every day — which says so much as a parent. Communication with families has always been clear and consistent. I’ve always felt informed about my son’s progress and any important updates. It truly feels like a partnership between parents and staff. Choosing this preschool was one of the best decisions we made for our child. I’m so grateful for the love, dedication, and foundation they have given my son during these important early years. I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a caring and high-quality preschool experience.

I cannot say enough about this school. I love the staff. I love the teachers in the great beginnings class. My son and our family felt welcomed here. My son was evidentially loved. The price was also affordable.

Oakland academy is the best. Since day one of my daughter attending , I have felt like nothing but family. They are clean, organized, and outstanding staff/teachers !!!!

I would recommend Oakland Academy to anyone who's looking for a good school good for their child! From the time my son has been going here, he has grown academically and socially, and I couldn't be happier with the Teachers here.They take care of your babies.They nurture them, and there's a ton of activities.And they are always learning new things.I highly recommend oakland academy!

I have a 10 year old and a 12 year old that has been attending Oakland Academy since they were both infants. The staff is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable leaving your kids with them. When I moved and had to transfer them to another school last year they were very devastated. There were times that I would come to pick them up and they would cry to want to stay. I feel like the staff is an extended family to myself and my kids.I would ALWAYS recommend Oakland Academy. I wish I could give them 10 stars but I'm only allowed 5. Anytime there was any confusion or misunderstandings the front office staff and director ALWAYS reassured me that things were okay. My kids and I still stop by to say hi. The experience with them is something we would never forget.
