Oak Lawn Baptist Day Care Center

My baby girl has been going there since she was 10 weeks old & she is now almost 2! This daycare has been GREAT with her! I am a some-what picky person especially when it comes to my child! They have some really cute artsy things that they have done with her in which I can't wait to share with her when she gets older! She loves her friends she has made there! I have seen them teaching her colors, shapes and even have taught her some sign language! When other children are sick, they put signs on the doors to let you know if something is going around or verbally have told me! My daughter has only been sick once since going there and has never had lice! It always smells clean when I go in...it is an older facility but it is CLEAN! I know my daughter loves the teachers because we have seen some away from the daycare and she nearly breaks free from me to go hug them and jump in their arms! One of my selling points of this daycare was when I walked in before I had her and I saw them teaching the children to say Prayer before eating....which we do in our family! Also, they have playground toys that belong on the playground...they are called outside toys for a reason! K. Daniel

I absolutely love Oak Lawn Baptist Day Care! You can tell they genuinely care about the children like family. There are always new lessons, crafts, songs, and other learning activities going on. My son is in the after school program and tells me every evening how much he loves it and how much fun he has. Parents are notified immediately if there's even a minor issue, which I really appreciate. Everyone is so friendly and nice! It is that time of year where stomach bugs, strep, etc. are going around but they do the best they can do sanitize and notify everyone and send children home when necessary. I've worked at/ sent my children to 3 different daycares, and this one is by far the best one I've come to! They go to any length to make sure children and parents are safe, respected, and cared for! I've never seen ANY staff member disrespect a child, fellow staff, or a parent. Very sweet people 💖

My son has autism and has been coming to Oaklawn for about 3 years now. I have never seen anything that suggests that they are dirty, abusive, towards these kids and they do not leave toys outside unless they are suppose to be left outside. I have never heard any bad words other than from parents. Other news my son is thriving at his daycare and he loves his teachers.

Staff is friendly and ready answer question! I attend Oak lawn as a child, now both of my children! Oak lawn has prepared my oldest for school and now my youngest! The classroom have a large assortment of learning toys as well as the playground! Each room has been tailored to the age group of the room as well as each playground! I have full confidence that oak lawn staff is providing for my children as i would

My child has been going here for 4 years. I have never had any problems with the staff or children here. If my child acts up and does something they let me know right away or if my child gets hurt they let me know right away. Love the staff and the fact that my kid learns something new every day. Have also recommended this place to other parents. When a company has been in business for over 30 years they have to be doing something right!!
