This County run park is disgusting! Restrooms are filthy NO TOILET PAPER! There are cobwebs all over the pavilions and no these are not new! Trash everywhere and definitely a horribly maintained park. The County should be ashamed that taxpayers pay for a park that is so poorly maintained they can't enjoy!!!
I’m in my thirties now but I’ve been going to this park since a kid at Lutz Elementary. Used to be my afterschool program where me and my friends would dive into crates of Legos, get in tether ball competitions, and play Chinese checkers against our coaches. Now I use the park to give my kids a break from devices, school and chores. They use the playground until they’re red in the face and sweating before they move onto a new area. It could be basketball, baseball, soccer you never know. Super fun part that always gets the kids attention is the book donation box, they always find a new book and they each want to take one home to read. Thanks for keeping my kids interested in more than scrolling and online games!!!
Super nice park located minutes from me in Lutz. Granddaughter had so much fun.
The day was cold but sunny. The shelter was great for a 7 year old birthday party, followed by a rousing game of kickball.
Been coming here for years with our family, for our birthday parties, for walks, to play ball or playground as the kids grew up. On weekends it’s busy so I suggest bringing your own role of toilet paper if you need to use the bathroom otherwise I highly recommend this sweet little park.
