I really like how they have a lot programs for the youth year around.
This place was the famous Cotton Club from (1923–1936). The venue featured many of the most popular black entertainers of the era: Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, Count Basie, Fats Waller, Cab Calloway, Billie Holiday.. Minisink is a major part of my childhood creativity. A safe and nurturing community for after school care. We played sports, went on trips and sang in plays. This is from my experiences in the 80’s living in Harlem. I miss those days.
On 11/17/23 Minisink blessed me and others with turkeys and fresh produce from Lancaster Farms. They are for our community in this section of harlem
One star is not for the sevices but for the front desk. The receptionist at the desk not one time look up or say may I help you (unprofessional). She was too busy talking on the phone. I stood there for five minutes. Finally I just left.
