We absolutely love Nyack’s Little House of Explorers! Our daughter has thrived there since starting school this past fall when she was just under the age of three. We have watched her blossom and grow in numerous aspects including friendships, exploration, imagination, teamwork, responsibility, academics and more. The teachers are incredibly warm, inviting and caring, while helping to instill skills of kindness, strength and learning through play. Plus the schoolhouse and grounds look like they come out of a storybook. A major plus is the amount of time the children spend outside. I always recommend this school to other families.
Nyack’s Little House of Explorers is truly a magical place. Our son is having his PreK year here and has created special bonds with each of his classmates. Nature is at the heart of the daily rhythm, and he gets to spend time outdoors, exploring, playing, and learning in what feels like a dream world made just for him and his peers. We wholeheartedly recommend this school to any family looking for a nurturing, inspiring, and joyful place for their child to grow.
My kiddo goes to Nyack’s Little House of Explorers and it’s a phenomenal program! Teachers are extremely nurturing, knowledgeable, experienced, and safe. The learning environment is thoughtful and sweet. A lovely community has emerged around the kids. Highly recommend!
