What Parents Say
NW Healthcare Kid Kare Center receives mostly positive feedback from parents praising the caring staff, structured learning environment, and teacher quality. However, some parents report management communication issues and concerns about lengthy waitlists. Overall, satisfied families plan to keep their children enrolled long-term.
My twins have been at Kid Kare since they were just under a year. I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. They have moved up to the 2 year old class and their teacher Sarah is just absolutely amazing. Honestly, all of the teachers as they have moved up have been wonderful! Management and the front desk gals are also super responsive and resourceful with any questions or concerns I may have. I plan to keep them there as long as I am able to. It's structured, stable and they come home happy and always love going in the morning to see their teachers! If you are on a waiting list, it's worth the wait I promise! I think we only had to wait a couple months when I initially started with Logan Health...but the infant class is a bit longer list to get into which is understandable!
My 4 year old has attended Kid Kare since she was 4 months old and the care has been amazing. Wonderful staff and program! The manager, Renee, really puts a lot of effort into making this a great learning environment. She also treats her staff really well. I was super impressed with how much planning she put into Teacher's Appreciation week. Best daycare in the valley!
We are so happy to have our child at Kid Kare! The office staff and teachers are wonderful, and they know the kiddos by name. Our child started in the infant center and has moved through the classrooms. Every teacher has been kind and caring and our child has learned so much! Thank you Kid Kare!
Staff that works here is really great but management is horrible. Went to remove my child from their facility and they told me I needed to have a 2-week notice which I said was fine and set up a date and then they would not allow us to finish the week out because my wifes end date with Logan health was on a Monday and did not inform us that we could not keep him there until the day he had to leave. Horrible communication from this management.
Really a joke. Not an available resource for employees at all. Waiting list is so long by the time you get in, your kid is school age
