My child attended this daycare for approximately 2 months. In that time, we've dealt with numerous viruses, including Scarlett Fever and Impetigo. Not to mention Lice outbreak in first few weeks. Lack of CLEANLINESS of classrokms and common areas are a MAJOR reason for removing my child from this location. Daycare workers are not able to properly communicate due to language barriers. Whenever I've gone in before pick up time, I've observed staff chatting in circles and children playing. NEVER have I received procedures to disinfect classrooms and common areas when a health situation arises. My child comes home in soaked diapers. Rashes. Exhausted. Even when brought to Directors attention via Front receptions. NO follow up response. I DO NOT reccomend this facility, Parents be weary. If you child easily contracts viruses, etc. Do not risk placing your child here. OVERALL the board of health needs to do some serious inspections in addition to investigating staff experience training and certifications.
My daughter goes to this place and she likes it however they are very unorganized they don't stick to what we talk about on parent teacher meetings and lately my daughter has been getting little bites on the back of her left knee.
Friendly staff. Old facility needs remodeling and more activities for younger children.
