I’ve been getting my taxes done by VITA at RU every year, and the staff there are absolutely wonderful! They’re always friendly, professional, and make the process so much easier. I really appreciate all that they do and the excellent service they provide year after year.

So far im not impressed! No help at all just referrals to other places. Told me they have no help for anybody!

I've tried finding a place to live for months now with no luck. They said they could help me but they've not bothered once to help just to tell me to find something. We'll there's alot out there but who in the world can afford those prices for rent??? All it's done is made me sleep outside, and stress worse then I was. So who can you call to get something taken care of here, with all the negative posts on fb and the ones on here amd people speaking on it. Whose gonna help?? It's a damn shame all these people have no where to go, with false promises of help. Way to go Virginia u show us you really care, and we're definitely not for lovers that's a joke.

The only experience I've had with them has been the Headstart program, and let me tell you the teachers and helpers, everyone is so committed to the children, the compassion and care in which they treat every little one its heart warming but boy their patience!!! These people are saints! 🤣 My daughter was there for 2 years and it was a time were our family was going through very hard and ugly transitions and part of their program is to check in with the parents in order to help with resources pr something and they were always so kind and gracious to me, and my daughter adored them, this is a great, safe, kind place where children get to learn not just knowledge, anyone can parrot facts, but through their compassion is the best impression and teaching such young children can have and begin successful school journeys!!!
