Northwest Ymca Early Childhood Ed Center

BEWARE of Lisa the director at this YMCA daycare..I called on Monday about the school and if I need to schedule a time for a tour. They said you can come by any time for a tour and currently have a waiting list(which i don't mind since i dont need childcare for another 3months). I went to the daycare today(3days later for the phone call) and one of the teacher standing at the front door asked if she can help me, I told her i was here for tour and to registrar. She went to a classroom where the director(lisa) to ask her about touring. The lady came back saying we are full. I told her its not until another 3 months so she went back to ask the director its not until later. Finally the director came out and told me they are full currently. I told her what someone told me on the phone earlier in the week that i can come by for tour anytime and I can be put on the waiting list. Lisa said you have to come back another time and call us when u want to come back for a tour. I asked for registration form, she not one time asked would you like to be put on the waiting list. LISA has no customer skills, she didnt even greet me or care to offer a registration form. She had a nasty attitude the whole time she was talking to me. I would not trust her as a director of this facilities with my child.
