We continue to love North Shore. My kids are happy and always well taken care of. They are great at communicating and I truly trust them. I recommend them to everyone!
My daughter’s Harper and Dakota have been going to North Shore Learning Center for a couple years now and we have had nothing but good experiences. We first were intrigued by their program because of their schedule which includes motor skills, free play, Phonics, outdoor times, as well as circle time/collaboration amongst peers. They have been so loving towards our family and have an incredible staff that engages well with the children, as well as the families. We have made amazing friends and some we would consider family. Highly recommend🫶🏼
Our daughter spent 2 years here and she loved it. The staff were friendly and great to work with. She had several asthma attacks while at school and the staff handled it wonderfully and communication was always great. They were so flexible in working with our schedules and that makes all the difference. Thank you, Northshore!
I had a review of the school when my kiddos were going there. It was not positive because I experienced some things that were not right against not just me but other parents who came in. I did report it because I saw first hand that the manager, Christine was being rude to some parents. I found that the same issue she had with some of the African-American parents. She was very nice when they were not of that race. I reported that and I also reported how she continuously suspended my two year-old. Well, I asked her a year later if we could come back, she said if I took my yelp review down. When I took the yelp review down, she called and said no we cannot come back. I guess she felt vindicated by doing so, but that still shows how unprofessional this place is for allowing her to be the manager. God bless the children that go there.
My son (3 years old) has been going to Northshore Learning Center for only a little over a month and I already notice such a difference compared to his previous daycare. When I pick him up, he's excited to tell me about all the projects he did and the friends he played with. I can tell he really loves his teachers and the staff. As a parent, I appreciate that I get pictures and updates throughout the day. I get to see what he's working on and know he's in good hands. I also love that they have a structured schedule and help the kids get ready for kindergarten with fun phonics, counting, and arts activities. The facility itself is great as well. The classrooms are spacious and organized with designated areas for different activities. They're currently installing new playground equipment, which is also a plus. And my son would want me to mention his favorite part about the lobby... the giant fish tank ;) Overall, I'm very impressed with this daycare so far and am really glad we found it. We had a rough time with our previous center and only wish we moved our son here sooner. Keep up the awesome work, Northshore Team! It truly makes a difference.
