A very complete workout room with all the different machines. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Having a pool is a plus and large gymnasium. I recommend it to all my friends and family. Always engaging with the community.
I have been to the Northern Neck YMCA twice so far and I had an amazing experience! We have been going for my toddlers swim lessons. Tessa has been amazing and encouraging. The facility is very beautiful and easy to navigate.
“I really enjoy coming to the YMCA — especially for pickleball! Just make sure you “stay out of that kitchen” lol. The staff is always welcoming, the courts are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is fun and supportive for players of all levels. It’s a great place to stay active, meet friendly people, and feel like part of a community. I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived. Highly recommend!”
Above and beyond all expectations from the greetings to the people to the variety of class offerings- excellent!
Each time I go to the Y I enjoy my experience. Physically, I have been helped tremendously by my personal trainer Jamall Jenkins.
