The people responsible for helping individuals are all pretty good at what they do and are compassionate. This location is lacking in some areas such as with employment help. The person in charge of that seems to do the bare minimum. Also the person working the front desk I find to be very mean. She has lied to me multiple times to try and get me to leave without being seen. She is kind of rude and not compassionate at all. If you mention the problems you are having and why you need their help she counters with her personal problems while dismissing yours.
Melody was very helpful, answered phone and took care of everything I had asked about. She was very kind, polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this organization to anyone needing help. Make sure to call ahead and see what all information is needed to save you a hassle and them as well. If I ever need help in the future I will call them.
Useless!!! I've called and emailed them several times. I've never received an answer from them.
Got there early before my appointment I had to wait over an hour before I was seen, they pledged the money to my account and the electric company is fighting me because they apparently never got it. I have to go down there again to fix this problem. Nothing but a headache. It was better before they moved
Very professional workers. Could use more privacy. I watched a girl that was refused, and watched her cry. I was very glad for the help. Might go faster if you could fill out the application on line.
