Hard working ladies, everytime I'm here they are always helping the most they can & everyone from everywhere comes here & receives assistance.. they won't turn you away unless they legit do not have the funds!! These woman were running around like a chickens head was cut off & even have lunch set to the side to keep going forward with the set appointments that were checked in. Just phenomenal people here🙏🤞
I know there are not enough people in these offices, but there are still ways to be efficient. Sometimes, little changes can yield to big differences in service. Front desk person was inefficient and pretty mean. One way they can improve is to process paper applications that don’t need to wait to be seen first to get people - there was nowhere to stand in the office when we got there, and some people had already waited for hours. I get how lean they are, but even with that consideration, the service is very poor.
They have a phone but no matter how many times Ive called they won't answer
They do not answer their phone will you call them so you don't know what to take with you when you go. So if you go there make sure you have social security numbers for everybody in the household and your ID and the bill thank you and have a blessed day
The people that work at Brighton Center are hands down some of the best human beings I've ever encountered in my lifetime. They are not judgemental in any way and they're good to everyone no matter your social status, where you come from, who your family is, if you're religious, or if you are struggling with some sort of addiction they will help you improve your situation. The only requirement is a willingness to want to be a better human being for yourself not because anyone else wants you better. If you want a better way of living the can help you achieve your potential.
