Unfortunately seems to me they have gone downhill gradually trying contacting them by phone or email no return calls or answered emails

Director of NECC's after school program was very rude and acted extremely disgusting towards children amd parents during 2016. Even went as far as to say a child belonged in a mental institution. Have worked for this place too, and while working conditions were okay, staff was very disrespectful. Would give 0 stars if it was available.
